DAY ONE


Everyone:
Call and call-back pay for eligible departments
Holiday pay (1 1/2 times hourly rate if you work)
Shift differential for weekend, evening and night shifts

THE FIRST DAY OF THE FOLLOWING MONTH AFTER DATE OF HIRE


Full time:
Bereavement leave
Credit union
Flexible spending accounts (medical & dependent care)
Health insurance
Healthcare discounts (inpatient and outpatient)
Jury duty (pay difference)
Life insurance (1 1/2 times annual salary)
Long-term disability plan (pays 50% after 90 calendar days)
Paid days off (earn 18 days/year combined vacation, holidays, personal day & birthday)

Serious illness leave
Sick leave (earn 9 days/year, 36 days max), extended sick leave (4.5 days/year, 26 days max)

Health insurance with Health Alliance (must work at least 6 days/pay to be eligible)

Everyone:
Pension plan match (must work 1,000 hours to qualify)
     - Employee contributes 1%; hospital 1%
     - Employee contributes 2%; hospital 2%
     - Employee contributes 3%; hospital 3%
     - May contribute more than 3% as "voluntary contribution"
     - Vesting six-year graded cliff

5 YEARS & 10 YEARS

Full time:
Year 5: Paid days off (23 days/year)
Year 10: Paid days off (28 days/year)
