Emergency Services

The Emergency Department at Marshall Browning Hospital is staffed with a team of board-certified physicians, who are certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) and trained to provide rapid, 24/7 emergency trauma care.

Integritas Emergency Physician Services joined the team at Marshall Browning Hospital on February 1, 2016. Dr. Daniel Doolittle, the company's founder and CEO, has lived and practiced emergency medicine in southern Illinois since 1995. As a local doctor with deep roots in his community, Dr. Doolittle has worked for years to provide the best possible emergency care to his neighbors. Integritas Emergency Physician Services grew out of that passion for providing compassionate, excellent emergency care to communities throughout southern Illinois.


All emergency department physicians are non-employed, independent contractors and not employees of Marshall Browning Hospital.
