Revenue Cycle Business Analyst
- Responsible for continually assessing hospital revenue cycle operations and coming up with solutions to operational problems and process improvements. Duties include analyzing financial reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve operations and collaborating with departments and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on the analysis.

- Reports to the CFO
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze data from various systems and stakeholders
- Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
- Collaborate and coordinate with different department teams to improve processes
- Test business processes and recommend improvements
- Analyze process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements
- Create reports, dashboards and visualization to help others understand business and process performance
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Perform data discovery, analysis and modeling
- Assists in project planning, tracking, and risk management
- Coordinates process improvement efforts particularly related to revenue cycle
- Projects as assigned by the CFO
Required Skills And Qualifications:
- Experience in analytics and systems development
- Proven analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Experience in and strong working knowledge of revenue cycle operations and modules
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Strong leadership skills
Preferred Skills And Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of relevant Microsoft applications, including Visio
- Proven ability to manage projects and user testing
- Extensive experience with data visualization
