Respiratory Therapist
This position is held by an RCP who has the knowledge and skill to administer all forms of respiratory assistance. The RCP is responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the treatment, care, and needs of assigned patients. The role requires active participation among various departments within the hospital. Strong communication skills and patient advocacy are critical and expected. The RCP must comply with all local, state, and federal accrediting bodies.
Job Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Care program
Licensed Respiratory Care Practitioner with the State of Illinois
BLS
ACLS
